Question: Does your firm provide the first consultation for free?

Answer: No. However, should someone call in to discuss a new matter, an initial consultation fee is levied and must be paid by the person upon conclusion of the initial consultation. Should that initial consultation lead to a subsequent retainer, a credit will be afforded to the client upon conclusion of the matter in respect of the initial consultation fee.

Question: How much is the initial consultation fee?

Answer: $200.00 + GST.

Question: Do you defend persons accused of drug offences?

Answer: Yes. As this firm represented the Director of Public Prosecutions and prosecuted drug offences on behalf of that department in Drumheller, Hanna, Strathmore, and Siksika Nation for over 20 years in the conduct of drug prosecutions, we have extensive experience in this field.
